At present there are 3 confirmed employees as well as another 5 - 10 people that could have some capacity of employment

4.  WHAT CAN YOUR BUSINESS BRING TO SAN ANDREAS?

This business will bring a way for those who want to participate in racing, but don't want to have a criminal record.

Mayhem MotorSports will be hosting racing seasons, initially beginning with offroad/dirt and street tracks. with the idea of expanding into stunt, drag and drift events. 

We also plan to have a monthly event, with these ranging from demo derbies, to organised police chases, Stunt races, drift events along with future ideas we may generate, from feedback by participants. These will be organised and run by myself and Carter Wolfe, with other employees like Jose Guerrero who would focus on a specific type of event such as the demo derbies. 

Our main aim is to have racing seasons that last anywhere from 6-10 weeks with 1 or 2 races a week (track approved by police)  which in turn would allow a regular event that people can incorporate into the weekly routine. These season can be comprised of individuals or teams of up to 3 people with a single driver submitted per race.

Mayhem MotorSports also plan on utilising the currently unused maze bank underground arena, to further expand our ability to host unique and captivating events. 

5.  WHAT ARE YOUR AMBITIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

Mayhem MotorSports main goal with this business is to have regular events/races that are legal, allowing everyone to participate. 

These event will be held with the upmost integrity and there will be rules that will be enforced as this is inclusive for all participants and that feuds and rivalries will be "left at the door", if they are not and have on going issue that effect our business they will be not invited back to any future events.

Eventually if the business takes off we would look into expanding our business with the potential of one day opening up a garage under the same name "Mayhem Motor Sports", this is a long term goal that if we reach that level would attempt to pursue. 

Another potential aspect of the business would be to get a new app downloaded onto everyone's phones/laptops allowing them access to the current standing of the season and future events at any given time, additionally we would like the app to provide a GPS route for the chosen track.

Upon speaking with the DA, he has informed us we can acquire a gambling licence which will allow us to further the enjoyment of spectators in the events without having to physically participate themselves.  

We have also been in contact with other business owners to discuss about potential partnership and or sponsorships. For example Bennys have also stated they would like to sponsor prize in return for being the solo repair shop of Mayhem MotorSports. Another potential partnership that could be beneficial is if the livery business that Johnny Danger has applied for is granted we can work together to create team liveries for the season events.

6.  WHERE WILL YOUR BUSINESS BE LOCATED?

As Mayhem MotorSports is primarily an event based business, it doesn't require a physical location at present, however we do have plans to acquire what was old harmony in Morningwood to use as our base of operations. having this location would then allow us to further expand our business along the lines stated within our ambitions.

 

EXTRAS - 

Some extra parts of information that may provide useful that don't apply to the other questions:

This business will have 0 criminal activity, this is going to 100% be a legal business.

For the events and seasons governmental support may be required to supply the cars/bikes and equipment we request for the event with the agreed price at the time.

Additionally a conversation with Judge Gus peacemaker was required to make sure we are following all legal standings and not over stepping, Further discussions have been had with members of command at LSPD, once with Michel Kershaw and a separate discussion with a member of the command team at LSPD and the DA.

We will work with them to organise everything above bored, getting confirmation from police whether the track being laid out is an issue for them or not, this will be given 1 week in advance giving the police enough time to look at the track themselves, making sure we aren't going to disrupt the citizens of LS.

I beleive this has already been started IC, that is very good to see.
